After I applied on the DNV GL website, I got an invitation for a screening interview about a week and a half later.

The screening was a video interview where I had to record a short, timed response to each question. I was allowed multiple attempts to get a satisfactory recording, and it felt pretty structured and low-drama compared to live interviews.

Once the screening was done, I heard back quickly—feedback arrived within about a week. Overall it didn’t feel very technical or deep; it was more about seeing how clearly I could communicate on camera, and whether I could present myself in a concise way. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself was smooth and fairly fast.
