Kuala LumpurPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty straightforward HR-and-video-technical flow.

The HR interview happened in the office, and then I had a video conversation with a technical manager. Everyone I interacted with felt professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about engineering.

The interview experience itself was positive overall—there wasn’t any awkwardness or anything that felt unreasonably difficult. It mainly left me with the sense that the technical bar and competition were high. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly that outcome felt less like I completely missed the mark and more like the field was extremely competitive.
