I went through a compact sequence: two interview rounds, starting with an HR phone screen and then a phone interview with the hiring manager.

After that, HR called me with a verbal offer. The timing felt relatively quick once I got past the main conversations.

After I accepted, they moved into post-offer steps—there was a background check and then a drug test. The whole experience felt organized and professional, and the decisioning seemed to happen cleanly after the interviews.

Even though I didn’t experience the longer technical gauntlet, I still felt the process was deliberate. I did get an offer and accepted it, and the main thing I remember is how smoothly the post-interview steps followed once they made their decision.
