DISH Software Engineer interview experience

I started with an HR interview, and after that there was a technical round. Both conversations were straightforward and the interviewer stayed friendly throughout, so I didn’t feel grilled or pressured.

The questions leaned junior-level and focused on getting a sense of how I worked and whether I aligned with their expectations. The whole thing didn’t take long end to end, and I remember feeling relieved when it wrapped up—especially because the technical part stayed manageable. I ended up not getting an offer, but the vibe was still positive and I felt like I was treated professionally.
