My interview felt concise and descriptive, and the main thing that defined it was the timing around the required tests.

They asked for computer-based work as well as written components, and both took longer than I initially expected—there was definitely some attention to whether I could complete everything within their requested windows.

The good part was that everything did finish within the timelines they specified, and the session wrapped up quickly once the time pressure was managed. I didn’t feel the interview itself was confusing; the challenge was more about executing the tests efficiently while staying focused on what they needed.
