DISH Software Engineer interview experience

The process stretched into an overly lengthy sequence with multiple long questionnaires and several interviews back to back.

Even after I was called in for interviews and asked to have references complete long surveys, it turned out the company had already selected someone else. That mismatch made the whole effort feel pointless, and I left feeling bitter about how they handled timing and expectations. I didn’t get the offer, and what I took away was that the process didn’t just take time—it wasted it, and it wasn’t clear how decisions were being made.
