I did a pretty standard early step: one phone screening followed by an in-person interview as part of what felt like an onsite.

The phone screen stayed basic, focused mostly on getting to know me.

At the in-person stage, the interview split into two parts. The first leaned more behavioral, and the second shifted into discussion of the company’s services and technologies rather than grilling me on specific technical problem-solving.

It didn’t feel especially difficult overall. By the time I finished the onsite-style portion, the process had the feel of checking communication and general alignment more than pushing for hardcore technical depth. I didn’t get an offer, but it was an easy, clearly structured path.
