I went through what felt like a pretty straightforward, low-pressure interview flow focused heavily on soft skills and how I’d work with the team.

It was a face-to-face conversation centered on my prior experience and a typical coding challenge.

The tech side didn’t come out as deeply technical. The interviewer made the tech stack clear beforehand, so I wasn’t surprised by what I’d be asked. Overall it had the vibe of someone mainly trying to confirm the “right type” of fit more than testing my limits on tricky algorithms.

There wasn’t any sense of a high-stakes technical gauntlet, and the process felt easy, but I also didn’t feel like I learned much beyond what they expected from my background and communication.
