I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a deeper, scenario-driven technical track and a manager conversation in the middle, and overall it felt challenging but fair over multiple scheduled days.

Engineering manager conversation — I discussed my past experience and how I handle situations, with an emphasis on understanding how I’d work.
Technical assessment (debugging + system design) — I worked through a debugging session (not framed as classic LeetCode) and then a system design discussion.
Multiple technical rounds — I went through additional deep technical questioning focused on routing/protocol understanding and role challenges.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the bar was higher on deep technical reasoning and real-world systems
