I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at devoteam and the process itself didn’t sound technically intense, but scheduling expectations created friction.

Technical interview + HR interview — I went through an initial technical interview and then an HR interview.
Additional technical interview with a client — They asked me to join a second technical round with a client.
Scheduling conflict — At the end of my current sprint, I couldn’t attend on the requested day/time, but they insisted I rearrange and miss my sprint retrospective. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even when the evaluation seems reasonable, inflexible scheduling can reflect badly on how the team operates.
