After the recruiter call, I went through two relatively straightforward college-style steps.

The first was a short phone interview that mixed standard behavioral questions with a technical portion. Even though it was only about 30 minutes, I felt like they were checking both how I thought and how I’d explain myself.

After that, I had a Super Day in person with two one-on-one interviews. The overall experience felt aligned with the role and not like random trivia, and I came away feeling like my background mapped pretty well to what they were hiring for. I ended up receiving an offer, which made the whole process feel worth the time.
