Positive

Manila, ManilaPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For the initial interview, the conversation began with a background on the company, and then it moved into role-focused questions about how I performed in my current position.

They asked about my responsibilities and what my process looked like.

The interview didn’t feel intimidating, and it stayed grounded in my day-to-day work rather than trying to obscure things with vague questions. It was more about understanding how I actually operated and fit what they were trying to hire.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was still fairly positive because the questions were clear about what they wanted to learn.
