Deltek Software Engineer interview experience

After the screening, they told me they would reach out, but the timeline never actually moved into a technical interview.

I remember feeling like the process should have continued after the HR conversation, especially since they had already taken the assessment and said they’d contact me for next steps. But after that point, nothing came through and I ended up not getting the follow-up technical round I was expecting.

The whole experience left me frustrated more than anything else, because the communication stopped after they indicated there would be another interview.
