Herndon, VAPosted Apr 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a short phone conversation with HR, and then I had a phone interview with the manager of the department.

After that, they brought me in for an in-person interview where I met multiple individuals from the group I would be working with.

Everyone I met was super nice, and the in-person round felt welcoming and low-drama. It was easy to talk to the team and understand a bit more about what it would be like to join.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with a good impression of the people and the way the interviews were handled.
