My interview was laid-back and friendly in a way I wasn’t expecting.

It started with a coding test in C#, and then I had a chat with employees who were ex-interns. The last stage was an interview that focused on situational and competency questions.

The whole day felt casual rather than high-pressure, and the total duration was about four hours. Because it was one of my first job interviews, it was hard to compare to others, but the atmosphere made it feel comfortable.

I didn’t receive an offer, yet I walked away feeling like I had been treated respectfully and that the process helped me learn what the role and evaluation style would be.
