Dell Technologies Systems Engineer interview experience

I walked into it with the usual nerves, but the tone stayed supportive rather than adversarial, which made the whole experience feel more like a learning conversation.

Across the rounds, I got the sense they were trying to understand how I thought and what I had learned, not just to trap me on tricky details. It also made me feel like I could take something away from each step.

I was offered the role, and what stuck with me most was that it didn’t feel like a stressful interrogation—just a structured evaluation that still felt respectful.
