My path with Delivery Hero was shorter than most—external recruitment with just one interview involving a senior developer and an engineering manager.

They asked me to complete a coding challenge and also cover system design problems, so even though there were fewer meetings, the content still carried real weight.

At some point, they put the process on hold, and that pause hung over the whole experience. It wasn’t clear how things would proceed after that, and it left me with uncertainty rather than momentum.

Ultimately, there was no offer, and the main feeling I retained was that the process didn’t move forward once it reached the core technical stage.
