My process started with an HR screening, then moved into technical interviews and ended with the hiring manager discussion.

After that, I wasn’t extended an offer.

The technical rounds were the hardest part and they covered a pretty broad backend-focused set of topics: Python fundamentals, backend development, system design, APIs, databases, and concurrency, plus general problem solving. What stood out to me was that the interviewers asked practical questions tied to real engineering scenarios instead of staying purely theoretical.

Overall, the structure felt well planned, but it was definitely technically challenging, and by the end the final result didn’t go my way.
