Delivery Hero Software Engineer interview experience

For senior positions, there was also a system design interview, followed by a hiring manager interview, and then a bar raiser round that included another coding challenge with someone from an unrelated team.

The process was consistent with what you’d expect for a senior track—coding, then design, then people or leadership evaluation.

I didn’t get an offer, but the structure itself felt coherent across the rounds.
