Delivery Hero Software Engineer interview experience

After the process started, everything seemed to move forward, but then I was essentially ghosted—no clear rejection, no follow-up, and no response after I reached out again.

The part that bothered me wasn’t just the lack of an offer; it was the complete absence of communication, even after contacting HR once more. I felt like I’d been treated with a lack of respect, especially given how many conversations I had already completed. In the end, the experience left me with the strongest memory being the silence after investing that much time.
