My interview journey started with an introduction, and then it quickly moved into two online coding tests.

One was with the person I’d be working with on the team, and the other was with the manager. After that, I faced a bar-raiser style interview that also included an online coding test.

Across those coding tests, the tasks were a sorting algorithm and an SQL query, and the difficulty felt on the tougher side because the bar-raiser added extra weight to the technical evaluation. I didn’t end up with an offer, and the overall experience left me with the impression that they were screening both algorithmic thinking and practical query logic very strictly.
