My process took longer than I expected and felt heavy from a scheduling standpoint.

It was framed as a three-step sequence: an HR call, then a task assignment, and then a technical round. After that, there was an engagement call with colleagues.

Altogether it lasted around two weeks, and the timeline hinged on salary discussion once everything was cleared. I didn’t receive an offer, and the main feeling I had was that the process demanded a lot of time and coordination for what ultimately didn’t convert. The length and multi-step nature were what made it feel difficult, even though each step was part of a known flow.
