Deliveroo Account Executive interview experience

We talked about the company and its subscription services, and by the second round I had to present a new idea.

Even though the content focus was specific, the atmosphere on the interviewer side felt off. The account managers I met came across as unprofessional during the interview, which threw me off because I wasn’t expecting the tone to be that mismatch for such a structured task.

I didn’t move forward to an offer. Looking back, the part that weighed most on me wasn’t the idea presentation itself—it was how the interaction made the whole thing feel less respectful and less clear.
