I made it to the second round and was told I was successful that day, so I even set up a follow-up call.

The next day I got an email saying they’d canceled the follow-up and that I wasn’t successful. It was jarring, especially because I requested feedback on where I went wrong and never received any response.

I didn’t mind the possibility of not making it, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and bizarre. The lack of communication and closure made the whole process feel poorly managed from a talent-operations standpoint.

I ended up without an offer, and the main thing I walked away with was that the experience itself didn’t match the seriousness of the work they claim to evaluate.
