Deel Account Executive interview experience

The early steps felt efficient, but the vibe never clicked for me. The interaction came across pretty impersonal, like I was being processed more than gotten to know.

In the second interview, the team lead seemed impatient and kept circling back to the same question after I’d already answered clearly. It made me question whether my responses were actually being heard. By the end, I was left with the feeling that the communication style and team culture might just be the wrong fit for me. I appreciated the opportunity to interview, but based on that experience, I chose not to continue.
