My process began with an HR initial interview that was pretty straightforward, and then I moved into a discussion with the hiring manager.

The technical interview that followed felt well-organized and focused on the skills I had been describing.

The difficult part came after the technical round. HR stopped responding and I didn’t get any real closure, even though the conversation had gone smoothly.

I never received an offer, and the biggest emotion I walked away with was frustration at the unprofessional silence. It left me wishing the process had ended the way it started, with clarity.
