Dayforce Software Engineer interview experience

I was told I’d hear back with next steps, but then nothing happened.

I followed up by email, but that message was ignored too. It was just the kind of gap that makes the process feel unfinished because there’s no explanation or timeline to hold on to.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and honestly it was disappointing enough that I’d remember the experience as more of a ghosting situation than a real interview journey.
