One part of my experience was straight-up unprofessional scheduling.

For a first-round interview, the time was set, and the interviewers simply didn’t show up. I didn’t see it handled well afterward, and it left me feeling like the process didn’t have reliable basic coordination.

A similar theme showed up elsewhere: I was told there would be a handful of rounds, each scheduled separately with gaps in between. The process ended up being long and draining, with weeks between interviews. I also walked into a coding interview without realizing that’s what it was until it started, and at a later stage I showed up while the interviewer never came on the call
