I went through a pretty tight hiring loop that felt unusually efficient for this kind of role.

It was goal-oriented from the start, and the whole experience stayed transparent about what each step was trying to evaluate. There weren’t a ton of rounds, and it didn’t drag out.

From recruiter outreach through the final conversations, it took only about a couple of weeks end to end. I remember feeling like everyone knew what they needed to cover and moved things along without a lot of waiting. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself felt well run and straightforward.
