Denver, COPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a small, tightly packed interview loop that still covered the basics: a recruiter conversation followed by interviews with an AE, including a sales role-play component on a call.

The tone was generally easygoing, and the people I spoke with were transparent about what they wanted to hear, which made the process feel less intimidating.

In my HR interaction, I noticed the recruiter style could vary from person to person—one recruiter experience felt less engaged in listening and more focused on quant targets, to the point where I felt the conversation became disjointed and unclear.
