PunePosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a tougher, multi-round technical evaluation with deeper subject coverage and added puzzles, and it felt difficult enough that it was easy to see why freshers could struggle.

Coding / reasoning screening — included reasoning-focused written/coding components (in one case, two written rounds) where you needed more than surface-level answers.
Technical interviews — core topic coverage tied to the role (e.g., advanced depth rather than just basics) plus OOP/Java-style fundamentals.
Manager / puzzle-heavy session — the hiring manager asked multiple puzzles, alongside resume-driven technical questioning in some flows.
HR round (after passing tech) — described as a final step once technical hurdles were cleared.
On-campus / structured steps
