My interview journey was much heavier than I expected—more like a sequence of HR and manager screens layered over time rather than a couple of quick calls.

It started with a recruiter phone call to connect, then I had an HR phone interview. After that came a video meeting with the manager.

The later stages were the most time-consuming: I did an in-person meeting that included time with the manager and time with HR, and there was also an English test. At that point the process finally ended with a rejection, and what surprised me wasn’t the decision so much as the way it was communicated—automated-looking emails that didn’t really match the effort of getting that far.

Even the scheduling rhythm felt slow and drawn out, with minimal clarity
