Dassault Systèmes Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

BengaluruPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a technical-heavy track where I interacted with at least three panelists, and they clearly wanted a full view of how I approached problems for the role.

There were two technical rounds, and both ran for more than an hour.

At the end of the second round, I also had a discussion with an HR manager. What made it feel genuinely good was that the panelists were practical and seemed to understand that nobody has all the answers. They focused more on my approach, how I reasoned through issues, and how I handled tradeoffs than on expecting perfection.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the interview experience itself felt strong—challenging because of the time and the panel format, yet still respectful and thoughtful.
