FrancePosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly traditional tech-first process for the Software Engineer role, with aptitude/OOP-style questions and manager/HR follow-ups over a few weeks.

CV/manager screen + HR — I started with an initial application/CV review, then interviewed with a manager responsible for the team to assess my technical knowledge and skills, followed by an HR conversation.
Aptitude + technical coding — I took an online assessment with MCQs and coding/snippet-style questions; topics included core Java and SQL plus general web/OS concepts (e.g., Linux, JavaScript/HTML).
Technical round — I was asked coding-style problems and language/OOP questions, with time to solve and sometimes opportunities to improve performance/solutions.
