My process was split into two main rounds.

The first was technical, with a couple of coding questions around medium-level problem solving and some Java theory questions. We also spent time checking the specifics of how I approach implementation.

The second round combined managerial technical evaluation and HR-style questions. I handled another coding question and a mix of theory and role-fit discussion, and then the HR questions came into play as well.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer. The length and variety made it clear they were testing both coding fundamentals and how I performed under different kinds of questioning.
