Aix-en-ProvencePosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a mix of lighter screening and more technical, resume-driven questioning, with some interactions feeling less respectful or unusually focused.

Intro/background + role-fit — I started by sharing my background, then answered situational questions about handling users at different experience levels.
Technical interview (resume-driven) — questions tied to my projects, plus deeper technical/scientific discussion depending on the interviewer.
C++/development focus — at least one interview ended with questions around development in C++.
HR or final round — where it happened, it centered on fit and logistics; one process also involved a hiring manager who was perceived as rude and disinterested. Outcome: No
