I went through a broadly multi-round selection flow that included written technical logic work and several interviewer meetings.

Written assessment — a technical/logical/arithmetic test.
Technical rounds (two interviews) — back-to-back technical interviews.
Managerial + HR — a managerial discussion followed by an HR conversation.
General tone — one account highlighted that interviewers were helpful and made it comfortable; the overall flow was virtual. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that being ready for structured written logic plus multiple technical touchpoints mattered.
