Dassault Systèmes Software Engineer interview experience

The conversation felt relaxed right from the start, and it came across like they were genuinely interested in my skills and what I wanted to work on.

A second interview followed at the local office with the team leader. That onsite stage also kept a similar relaxed atmosphere. The focus stayed on my fit and interests, which made it feel less like a stressful grilling and more like a mutual conversation.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the experience itself was notably comfortable compared to more intense interview formats, and I left feeling like the discussions had been sincere.
