For an on-campus recruiting process, I went through an aptitude test first, followed by a pre-placement talk.

Then I had a technical interview lasting about an hour, and once that cleared, I was told the HR interview would be the final step.

The way it was explained felt very direct: passing technical meant I was essentially already close to being placed, with HR mostly confirming the broader picture. Overall difficulty leaned difficult for me, but the structure was clear from the beginning and didn’t feel chaotic.

I didn’t get an offer, but the biggest takeaway was that the company treated the technical interview as the real gate and everything after it as a confirmation step.
