I experienced a multi-round process centered on coding and project discussion, followed by manager and HR conversations, stretching over several weeks.

Recruiter screen / phone intro — a first call to kick off the process.
Technical assessment — coding-style exercises (including CodeSignal/“codingame”-type tasks mentioned) to validate my skills.
Manager interview — discussion of the company’s projects and how I’d contribute.
HR interview — a conversation that included salary and benefits (and in one case, a fit/motivation exchange).
Wrap-up / final decision — the process took more than a month in one instance; despite a positive manager impression, HR feedback sometimes cited lack of experience. Outcome: No
