AmsterdamPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a tougher experience for the Software Engineer role where the rounds were technically demanding and the process felt unprofessional or demotivating, even when the questions were fair.

Written/aptitude exam — I did a written exam or aptitude stage that was described as moderate-to-difficult and served as a first filter.
Technical interview with tough puzzles — I faced resume-based technical questions plus puzzles that required multiple approaches.
Manager/HR follow-ups — I encountered situational and behavioral evaluation alongside technical probing.
Quality of interview experience — In multiple instances, interviewers were rude or dismissive, including cutting off discussion when I struggled and mocking/insulting parts of my attempt.
