My interviews were relatively lightweight and focused more on communication and fit than on heavy coding.

HR call scheduling — HR set up two subsequent interviews.
Recruiter/HR + culture check — an HR conversation about fit and motivation.
Technical discussion with team / manager — a discussion-style technical round emphasizing how I approach teamwork, collaboration, and culture fit.
Interviewer Q&A — I was asked a smaller set of technical questions tied to understanding the project and objectives. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that being clear about how I work mattered as much as technical depth.
