I cleared two technical rounds and then reached an HR touchpoint, so the flow felt normal in structure: two technical steps with one HR round included.

The difficulty was average, and I felt like I performed well enough to move forward.

After that, the process didn’t convert into an offer. I was kept on hold and never given a clear reason. They told me the project was on hold and that an offer wouldn’t be released.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me was the ambiguity at the end. Even though I’d passed the interview stages, the lack of a concrete decision or explanation made the whole closing part feel unsettled.
