I interviewed as a fresher and the process moved in a simple sequence: aptitude first, then a technical round, and finally an HR round.

What surprised me was that the technical discussion wasn’t about showing off deep technical skills as much as it was about how I solved a given task and explained my thinking.

During the technical stage, I remember feeling that my problem-solving approach mattered more than the exact buzzwords. By the HR round, the tone shifted toward how I presented myself and how clearly I could carry the conversation from what I’d done earlier. The overall experience felt smooth and “well-paced,” and I walked out feeling like I’d been judged on consistency rather than tricky curveballs. Getting the offer
