My interview started with a recruiter call that already felt a bit chaotic—she didn’t connect at the scheduled time, and when she did, it sounded like there were issues with the number being dialed.

After that, a different recruiter was able to get things back on track, and the schedule then moved quickly into manager conversations.

The first manager call felt more like role explanation than a real interview, and then I went into a chain of multiple shorter interviews back-to-back with several people. The feedback was consistently positive, and a recurring theme was praise for personality traits like tenacity before they even finished speaking with me. I stayed in contact with the recruiter through the whole stretch, though it took weeks to get to the final stage.
