My process was unreasonably drawn out and felt like it kept adding steps without a clear pay-off.

Before I could even talk to anyone, I was made to complete a long assessment, and then during the overall interview process the testing happened repeatedly—more than once—before I was finally allowed into live conversations.

When I got to the main interview day, it was hours long with multiple people speaking in sequence, and it didn’t feel like a collaborative discussion. I remember being talked at more than engaged, and I even felt judged with a quick dismissal that shut down the conversation rather than exploring my answers.
