The recruiter experience was the part that stuck with me.

Communication was inconsistent, and I felt like I had to chase updates because I didn’t get timely responses. On top of that, there was a claim made about what they submitted on my behalf that didn’t match what I later learned.

There was also a change in the advertised position during the process, which added even more uncertainty. I never felt fully confident in what was actually happening behind the scenes.

Even with that, I moved through the process far enough to get interviews arranged, but overall it left me uneasy and I didn’t receive an offer.
