Cushman & Wakefield Project Manager interview experience

I didn’t get any feedback or even a return to my application.

What I did hear—through a friend—was that speaking perfect Dutch was a big issue for the company, and I’m a non-native Dutch speaker.

That explained why it felt like I was being quietly sidelined without any real follow-up. It was difficult to accept because the process felt opaque and lacked closure.

I never received an offer, and the biggest reflection I had was how language expectations seemed to outweigh the rest of my profile.
