I interviewed for Software Engineer with a difficult, challenge-heavy process and no offer, but the journey itself sounded organized and selective.

Technical interviews (2 rounds) — I was asked deeper questions and had to answer thoroughly; the difficulty was meant to test whether I matched what they wanted to hire.
Follow-up / streamlined closure — one account noted the process felt streamlined and that a decision happened after the rounds, with no extended back-and-forth. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they pushed on depth and expected strong readiness.
