Seattle, WAPosted Oct 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I expected a more structured interview process, but it ended up being genuinely easy.

When I met the manager, everything felt like a conversation rather than an interrogation, and I didn’t feel like I was being put on the spot.

The manager was incredibly friendly throughout, and the atmosphere made the whole thing feel low pressure. I was hired on the spot, which matched the way the conversation flowed—more relaxed and warm than formal.

The offer happened immediately, and the only real takeaway I kept was how comfortable the process was. Even though I was being assessed, it didn’t feel like a high-stakes ordeal.
